Born in St. Louis, Phil has lived in Arnold almost his entire life. He has an associates’ degree in sales & business from St. Louis Community College at Meramec, and is retired from a career as a manufacturer’s sales rep.
In addition to his community service, Phil is the author of 16 books. His latest is a work of nonfiction about the history of Arnold from 1972 to 2022. He donates the proceeds from this book to the Arnold Food Pantry, the Arnold Historical Museum, and to the Jefferson County Library.
Phil played basketball for Fox High School and loves going to St. Louis University basketball games during the season.
Phil lives in Arnold with his wife Deb.
